********* and dishonest employees

I went to Edgars and was looking through the for sale items. I came across a blouse that showed a price of R2. I asked a sales person there and she took the blouse with her and told me to shop around for more sale items, i was skeptical to give her the blouse but trusted her, and while shopping she came back to me and scratched the price of R2.00 off and said the blouse is R229.00. I told her but the price i saw was R2.00. I got to the till and i explained to the cashier that the price shown on the blouse was R2.00. The cashier said no it shows R229.00 on the system. I explained to the cashier that i am a customer and the price shown was R2.00 nor R229.00. The cashier then says i can not demand the price of R2.00 as i have no evidence that it indeed was R2.00 while the sales lady was standing next to her. Now me as a customer is standing there shocked as if i made up this price and demanding that price like it never existed. I left all the items just there at the till and left the shop. Its ridiculous that Edgars, such a well known established retailer employs such dishonest employees who have no customer skills at all. Im so disappointed in the service rendered there. Making me a **** or a ***** whilst they are the ones who are *********. Will never again shop at Edgars, again.
