amount shocking

i am so disappointed i have an account with Edgars of which i was owning R400.and some coins but yesterday's when i went to pay my account.i was given a slip and it then came to a shocking point when i find out that i was owning a sum of R1161 of which i don't know about. and when i try to talk to them they were so rude and didn't do anything to try to help me..please help
