Amazing service first time ever - faith restored

<p>So I saw a Guess jean at Edgars Sport in Tygervalley I wanted, but they did not have my size and said I must go to Edgards, but did not have time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned Edgards when I got home, the phone went dead 3 times and then a lady answered which handed the call to Candice who completely restored my faith in Edgars. She completely went out of her way and gave me her cell phone number as well, sent me pictures of what she had and the sizes and kept stock for me. When we got there she came and gave me the jeans which was still to big. I phoned her and she immediately went and got a couple of smaller items and 2 fitted perfectly. She also said in future I can call her anytime for assistance. WOW, my experience prior to this was also struggling to get assistance especially in Paarl and at Tygervalley as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Candice for giving a new meaning to customer service! You are amazing! Edgars, look after this terrific lady :)</p>
