Almost a year waiting for merchandise, cancellation of jet club and cell insurance

I bought stuff Boardmans BEDORD shopping centre In September/October last year 2019. I'm from Pta. When I shop at home, I realize some of the stuff was not in my trolley. I called them, they send of the stuff to Kolonnade Edgars, but they can't locate the other stuff, and I'm waiting up to today. 100 of mails phone calls, nothing. I also in December send a mail to request my Jet club and cellphone insurance to be cancelled. Still it's an uphill battle. I send the proof that the email was send on 16 December 2019, it's hell. It's like the people don't understand me. This is probably some of the reason why Edgars is where it's today, *********** staff or cheap labour.
