All of SA was cheated by them you will understand when you read why

The past 1 to 2 weeks EDGARS has been Advertising RED HANGER SALE upto 50% OFF ON SALE ITEMS guaranteed 30% off. Now if you read the ADD properly you will see this time the advert reads ON SALE ITEMS and not like normal which read on Selected items so according to this ADD whichever items were on sale we should have got atleast 30% off the sale price, now how do we know the item is on sale? Because when an item is on Sale it has there standard red sticker which shows a reduced price. i had bought 42 items this pass Sunday which was the last day of the sale, when i got home i checked my slip and saw no discount on the items, i called customer service the lady that answered the call asked for me to show her the advert i was talking about luckily it was still on their website under the sale items, she understood what i said and logged a complaint with the store in question which was MENLYN, i received a call from the customer services manager who also asked for proof of the advert, i emailed him as all of us Should have received their add via email(check your email) he promised to call me back in few mints which never happened, however he did call me back after a day trying to explain to me its 30% off from the original price, But i explained that doesnt make sense because why Advertise it as 30 to 50% of SALE ITEMS if you are giving a discount of the normal that makes it a sale item, it does not mean you are getting a discount on a sale item. he could answer me further and did not want me to speak to the Store Manager. I am sure their are other people who understand how we have been cheated, check your slips and your emails for the add in question. i had received the add on 25th Jan and right now 8/2/2018 9:42am the add is still on their website under Sale items
