Alcatel 1T 7' tablets are misleading and ****

I am truly disgusted that Edgars would sell me the Alcatel 1T 7' tablet after i explained to them my ADHD and Autistic son uses it to watch movies and to download games. To my disgust after purchasng the tablet in December 2019 i had it back at the Edgars store in January as he couldnt download anything or have movies added onto it either. The entire onboard operating system takes up all the space on the tablet.I had bought a 32mb memorry card even with that to date we are unable to download anything. Why would you even sell **** like this. Very misleading and disgusting. Then it was sent into vodacom to have it seen to, I was told they cant give me my money back. really very disappointing and will never buy this brand again.
