Airtime ***** - your carelessness cost me BIG TIME

Excited to buy a new phone last night - cell phone assistant most helpful - except one thing - I explicitly told him i don't use Whatsupp but he inserted my SIM card and turned on MOBILE DATA - why?????????????????? By the time i got home all my airtime was finished - R418 worth. I don't buy data bundles as i dont use data. I am not going to pay for his carelessness and feel i should be compensated,
