airtime subscription

Im not happy with the service from Edgars , i was billed an amount of R79 and R49.00 for some airtime service which i did not agree or subscribe to. This was cancelled but Edgars only reversed R158. This airtime subscription was activated in March and has been billing . How is that only R158 was reversed. I have been calling in no one is assisting. Can the entire amount be credited on the Edgars account.
