Airtime and data subscriptions

I have an Edgars account and recently I noticed that my account is being debited for airtime and data subscriptions since June 2018. I have never authorised this and I do not even receive this airtime and data. The first query was logged in July 2018 to cancel this product and have the debits reversed. I have been calling the third party airtime division every week since then to follow up on the cancellation and reversal but up to date my query has not been resolved. I visited stores and even there they are unable to assist. I called the airtime people, the Edgars Call Centre, the remittance department and every week i am told that someone will call me but nobody called, and every week I receive sms to pay my account as it will be handed over to debt collectors. For 3months I refused to pay this and off course it's affecting my credit record which will not be cleared after this mess iis sorted out. I need this subscription cancelled, reversed and the service fees reversed. I am very disappointed and very irate as this is taking too long to be resolved.
