I CALLED AND NOBODY CAN ASSIST WITH THE QUOTE REFERENCE NUMBER ON MY LAST INQUIRY.<br> NOBODY KNOWS WHAT THE REF NUMBER IS FOR AND NOBODY SEEMS TO UNDERSTAND WHAT MY QUERY REALLY IS. I NEE DTO KNOW , I PAI DTEH INSTALMENT DUE ON MY ACCOUNT IN FACT I PAID MORE THAN WHAT WAS DUE, NOW I GET AN SMS SAYING I SHORTPAID !!!
