After 25 years a loyal client and cannot track one of their best payers payment

Edgars is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, ever in my life. I have made payments to them on details they have sent to me, they have then asked me to go back to the bank to send them target details from the bank, PDF electronic format, exactly as they have asked. 4 weeks later and they are still trying to track my payment. Useless bunch of people I tell you. I have been a loyal client for 25 years paying my account and always been in a positive with Edgars. This company has gone belly up and employed *********** people.

When this account reflects the payments that I have made after all the proofs even the bank has sent. I will shut this account down.

I`m tired of Edgars putting one person after another to deal with me and still I am getting nowhere.

You have caused me nothing but stress.
