We have purchased Afriderm products worth R800 from Edgars in Midlands Liberty Mall, advertised by an Afriderm rep of which advised us that these products are excellent and work for sensitive skin. She also told us to come back should we have any problems. Since using these products my skin is gone worse. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact Afriderm, however they refuse to respond. I went to the Edgars store the rep told me she would see how she could assist. I do not think this is fair, to be told lies about a product just to get a sale. We have paid a lot for this product and deserve compensation.
