Additional Stock location and delivery

I recently visited the Red Square store in Balito and purchased the last promotional gift pack of a men's fragrance. The store manager, Trisha managed to locate 2 additional units at another branch and promised to courier it to Richards Bay for me. A few days later, I was informed that only 1 item was actually located and this was delivered. I asked that if another item should surface that it be kept aside for me. Trisha managed to locate an additional unit and courier it to the store within a day and then called me to inform me that 2 units would be waiting for me in Richards Bay. This is truly great service.
