Additional charges for what!!!

Dear Edcon group, i know you guys are battling to make profits, but that doesnt mean you need to rob customers to gain. I paid up my balance with your Jet account twice now that is in the last 3 months, now you are charging me for Jet account fee? for what? what benefits am i paying for that i am not using? i never asked for this and i refuse to pay for this, i have paid this over the past couple of years and will not tolerate paying this again, if this is not removed from my account i will close this account with immediate effect and not purchase anything from you again, i have been a member with this account for 13 years, do not test me, you are more than welcome to check with MRP i closed my account with them over R12.00
