Added to Edgars Club without my consent

<p>I have discovered that I have recently been added to the Edgars VIP club, I have had my Edgars account for 13 years and have never opted to belong to the club. I phoned Edgars at the end of March querying why I now all of a sudden belong to the Edgars Club and have an outstanding balance due when my account was fully paid. The consultant I spoke to from Edgars told me that the club fee would be cancelled and all charges would be reversed. Low and behold I receive my statement for April and have been charged another month's club fees and the ac***ulating club fees have not been reversed either. I am absolutely appauled at this, how can Edgars go and add me to something that I don't want and have never asked for. Furthermore I am under debt review, which they are very well aware of and I am quite sure that they are aware that according to the law any person under debt review may not incur any further debt until the debt review is over yet they went and added me to their Edgars club anyway!</p>
