Accounts sent via MMS not by post as required
Some months back Edgars unilaterally started sending account statements via MMS instead of by post. Not only do I want to receive my accounts by post, but my phone cannot handle MMS's. I NEVER requested or authorised such a change, plus this is a repeat of a similar event that happened probably over a year ago -why do i have to go through this again!!! I get post from your accounts department about outstanding amounts, I get phone calls from them, they record my issue, but NO-ONE ever actions it. This is pathetic customer service. I must have had an account for over 20 years, and I'm getting to the stage where I want to close it. I tried to find a contact details for some top management person to complain to, but of course that info is not available to their customers, you have to go through customer service. Well the last time Customer Service were totally as useless, and after talking to countless people over several months, ONE EVENTUALLY got it right. I now know that EDGARS THANK YOU means THANK YOU for letting us abuse you! I don't have enough time to get to more important things, and now I have to waste time on this?
