Accounts in arrears, useless company won't send me a payment arrangements letter 5 months later still.

Lost my job in May due to Covid

I have been trying since May to make payment arrangements as I have no income. I have repeatedly emailed and phoned, and every time someone says they will make a note on the system.

I keep getting threatened with sms's to hand me over, despite my attempts to resolve this issue. Today I received another sms at 3;30 in the morning, like ***?! I was also emailed a statement today, and noticed this

Firstly, no one from Edgars phoned me, secondly, how can you charge R23 for a phone call that didn't happen?

Absolutely useless company. 5 months later I am STILL waiting for a payment arrangement letter.
