Accounts Department Useless

I have been phoning in to the accounts department for 2 months now requesting that they change my current 12 months budget plan to a 24 months budget plan, every time they tell me they have to put in a request and it will be done within 48 hours and someone will phone me. No one phones me and when I phone back it is not done. At the end of April I will pay off my account and close it. Poor customer service
