Shocking, *********** accounts department, account paid up to date, keep sending messages account not paid, tried to phone them 30min waiting period, wasting my own airtime for an accounts department that is ***********! Account paid on the 28th of each month, now 11/3/2024 I get a message it has not been paid! Shocking customer service, email also sent, hopefully I will get an answer before 2025!
