Accounts being overcharged

Trying to get hold of Edgars in regard to charging my account with additional amounts of airtime and club fees which I didn't authorize. In addition I went to Edgars Sandton to query my account and even there they couldn't help me. I can't keep paying for unnecessary amounts and they don't answer their calls. I don't know what to do.
