Accounts are opened without details

I went into Edgars over the weekend to open an account with my girlfriend for her use, The issue started with their new accounts verification department taking 24 hours to confirm information and Sunday the account was approved, my issue though comes in that we were not asked what term account she wanted and went on our day doing the shopping needed. and only when I got home did I realize that the account was a 12 month not a 6 month which she wanted.<br> <br> Now she am stuck with an account that yields interest and they refuse to change the account term, as they have had a \policy"change that no longer allows it"
