accounts again collections poor management

Hi I have been a Edgar's club member for more than 15 years and a club member , but even though the clothes quality is deteriorating , I buy the odd jeans or shoes etc. ,but when my account is due , please note not overdue I get a call asking when am I paying, this is pathetic , It proves the genuine rumours Edgar's might be taken over or closing down , all because of the collections department , and the quality of the clothing .I know as I have over 10 years experience in the clothing industry on all levels in manufacturing .Please for now call customers when the accounts overdue .<br> <br> second gripe with Edgar's, they have chosen again to notify all their customers that we will be billed , and notified on our cell phone and we must follow the link ,which obviously will incur data charges , with no choice to the consumer , this a wrong way to save money and will have the opposite effect , Edgar's, will continue in this route and will eventually , be a dumping store for poor quality items , with bells and whistles , with a poor accounting policy . Cant wait to close my account once my bill is paid .
