accounts

so i wrote a compliment to edgars for not handing over my account. they never told me that since march my account has been handed over no phone call or letter nothing. the debt collectors whom they handed over my account never contact me on the 1/08/015 first time. telling me i need to pay my account i told them why you calling me because my account is still with edgars they said no your account has been handed over since march. i asked them why you never called to tell me that the account is with you. they said they did i even made arrangements to pay the account i said no that ***** why you saying i made arrangements while i never did under my name. i am so disappointed in edgars i take back my compliment they are just like the rest who cares about themselves. i don't understand why i wasn't told i am handed over. their debt collector company is doing ***** saying i made arrangements while i didn't
