Account wrongfully debited

Good day,<br> <br> I have a query with Edgars with regards to the following ***.<br> <br> There is an amount of R25 that is debited from my Edgars account and i am told it is for the Cell C - Which i did not get consent to.<br> <br> I am a student and i use a vodacom phone which is Prepaid. <br> <br> When i visit the stores they always struggled to get through the ***as it is always busy.<br> <br> I am a student and and now my phone i am told by Vodacom( after i called vodacom) it is now Contract no longer Prepaid.<br> <br> That is when i realised there is problem.<br> When i receive the calls it shows only private number and this is frustrating.<br> <br> I WENT TO Hatfield CNA , Edgars in Menlyn Pretoria and i do not get help at all .<br> <br> The staff seems to have no cooking clue what is happening .<br> <br> I want this debit to be cancelled ASAP and whoever interfered with my phone fix it.<br> <br> Thank you.<br> <br> Palesa Mokoena ***<br> <br> <br>
