Account was not closed.
In 2014 I had an account with Edgars that was handed over to collection agency,Which then offered me a settement discount.They said if I pay R *** my balance will be zero'd by Edgars & I would receive paid up letter after 6 weeks.<br> <br> I paid the money and they told me they have issued an instruction to Edgars,<br> <br> It seems this is not even attended to. I went this weekend to check my credit record and my Edgars account is still there and accumulating interest.<br> <br> This is unacceptable. What do I have to do to get this resolved, I thought this was sorted in 2014?<br> <br> It is now 23 11 2015 and I received another statement.<br> <br> This is my second hello peter, I am begging you, sort this out PLEASE.
