Account update

I'm very angry /disappointed and shocked with Edgar's updates of accounts and book keeping of accounts. Who in the world do they think they are? I phone them 14/03/2016 10:0 and this is what they are telling me:: I never ever in my life heard of this large business industry , that if you pay your Edgar's account on the 4th of every month that payment is not reflecting as a payment for that month. Let me tell you this I have worked in many banking industry (FNB / ABSA) and this is the first time I ever heard of this not cool<br> 1st off all I have never skipped a payment or paid less than my installment.<br> I paid my account R4000 (4 times more than my installment) on the 04/02/2016 and received a sms on the 16 March 2016 \payment on your overdue Edcon account is due today of R1 310.33. Regular payment will ensure that you can maintain a positive payment history\" to a loyal customer that never skipped payments.<br> But the best part is I also made a payment on the 26/01/2016 amount of R1 500. <br> "
