Account still reflects as outstanding on credit buruea but it's paid up.

In January 2020, I paid my Edgars account and I requested a paid up letter as a proof that the account it's closed. However, on credit record, Edgars said that I defaulted in November 2019, and I still owe R809. I requested Experian to remove the amount because I do have a paid up letter. Experian received communication from Jill Maduray stating that there is still an outstanding amount of R809. Please someone at Edgars, help because customer services at Festival mall confirmed that the account it's paid, but it's still reflecting as a default on my credit record.
