Account settlement

In 2021 Edgars gave me over to MBD LAWYERS apperently I owed them then we MBD AND I came to agreement I would get 70% discount if I pay R206.39 on the 07/12/2021 which I did I payed R207 they said It would take 7 working days to clear my name since January 2022 I've been requesting for a payed up letter then they said it would take some time to clear I send numerous emails then now in 2022 I receive calls and emails from other lawyers Edgar gave me over to Daly I've been to the shop 20 times we called MBD then they say I must email them proof they can see on the system my account is 0. But they never give me the payed up letter so I can give it to Daly I've send emails calls whatsapp till now nothing they just send me from AtoZ and back again
