ACCOUNT SETTLEMENT
Edgars has been threatening to take me to the lawyers because my account was not up to date. They listed me on ITC as a bad payer, for not paying the full instalment.<br> <br> I took out a consolidation loan with FNB who paid Edgars over and above my outstanding amount on the 17 January 2015. Till this very day I have been receiving threatening texts and calls stating that they taking me to the lawyers. I even sent through the proof of payment. I have been calling the collections department everyday and no one can held me all they say is that I owe them and I need to make an urgent payment. If not that then they keep me on hold for 30mins and still no answers. <br> <br> Edgars staff is completely ***********. <br> <br> I would like this issue resolved ASAP!!!!
