Account settled with no settlement letter

My account was handed over to SSDA I paid up my account in June 2020 Ive been waiting for a settlement letter instead I am getting calls to tell me I owe R1600 each time I tell my story consultants tell me that the matter has been escalated until when? I sent all the proof, including my bank statement but still to date 2021 March My name is not cleared.... Clear my name ALREADY PLEASE!!!!!!
