Account refund

I had an account with them of which it was handed over to SSDA. I overpaid the account by a thousand couple rands of which i was made aware at jet when i went to check the account. They immediately phoned edcon of which a consultant told me to email proof of payment , my banking details as they will refund me. A month later after doing a follow up myself i was told SSDA should refund me. I asked them to cancel the account and refund what i paid extra.. They refuse to refund. Please help!!!My email:***
