Account reflect on default while it’s up to date

Hi, my account was in arrears for June and July, August I made a payment and my account status on credit burea shows that I’m on default. I’ve paid the again again now I November but the status of the account still shows default. I have a paid up letter form edgars but the status have not been updated and that is affecting my credit score. Can you please assist
