Account re calculations
I called customer service regarding your ridiculous repayments that DO NOT GO DOWN. I always pay more everymonth because yall fail to give me my proper installments. I called and speak with a Martha i think and im sorry she ws just useless i waisted my time and my damn airtime. . Dont yall have team leaders or managers that can help with queries than your junior staff who are Ms KNOW IT ALL. I need to make payment ASAP. Can somebody do my recalcilulatioms please so i can pay my account? Thank you, id appreciate your soonest feedback. Kindly email me or i can take a call after 15:00.<br>
