I'm so unhappy with edgars since RCS took over. They deserve even a single star rating for what they are proving. I've been paying R250-R300 monthly from August on an account with a credit limit of R1000. I have never used this account from june 2021 but when I checked my recent statement showed a credit balance of R350. When I tried to call them, I can't get through. Their call centre is worse than telkom.
