account payment not allocated

I paid my Edgars account at Cornwall hill cna on the 7th of Jan - although the instalment is only R700 my payment was R1500 . As the payment went through my bank account , I received confirmation from ABSA per sms that my payment was successful, after receiving confirmation the cashier said that the transaction didn't go through the edgars system as it only printed a n error slip . The store manager didn't understand what happend and I refused to leave the store without written proof from the store manager to confirm the event. <br> By now I've sent through to Thabisile at Edgars accounts the SMS proof of payment, my ABSA bank statement as proof AND I've communicated this problem to 5 other people AND AFTER at least 8 e-mails , 30days have gone by and still I receive arrogant messages from Edgars threatening me with legal steps - I should be the party taking legal steps!<br>
