Account payment dispute

Edgars refuses to give me my statement reflect my April the 28th payment. I receive a statement in may but the payment I made did not show, I called I was told my June statement will reflect both April and May payments, I never received a June statement. When I call I get told to hold until I run out of airtime or my calls get dropped. My emails are never answered. Edgars wants to pretend like I've never paid in April. I work hard for my money I will not let that April payment go as if it never happened. I know these a desperate times for Edgars but I refuse to be ****** by them. This is the 2nd review I'm writing and in their response they **** and said they've been trying to call me but they never have.
