Account Paid up in 2014

Two years ago my Edgars account was paid up. I have a clearance certificate proving this and yet two years later they have now blacklisted me! When you phone you get a 101 different phone numbers of who to contact. Finally today after 5 months a lady at Head Office acknowledged that I have payed my account up and that Edgars Deb Review needs to clear it. When phoning Edgars Debt Reiview I was dealt with lots of attitude which just thrilled me. I was then put on hold for 10 minutes. When the lady came back on the line she said her manager said I need to send the Clerance Certificate? The same one I have sent to them three times!!!! I asked who I could address it to and she said no one, someone would read it. When I asked for a reference for the call I was told they don't do that! This is absolutely ridiculous service. They so quick to blacklist me but can not help me when all the documentation has been sent. I have seen online that this has happened to people before. How does such a huge company get away with this?

I wonder how long it is going to take Edgar's to sort out this issue???? 20 days later and I have not heard from Edcon. They are very quick to tell me I owe them money but suddenly they are quite. In the meantime I can't get my finances in order cause they are dragging their feet. Do I need to take this further?
