Account Paid up but still shows I owe on ITC!

I paid up my edgars accoun in Jan 2015 already and requested for it to be closed.Today I requested an ITC report and it showed that I still owe and the account has not been closed.Tried calling the call centre with no luck, sent an email.The reply I got was my request was sent to the relevant dept and that's it.I decided to call the number on the email and was told there is a request for the account to be opened again.I never requested for my account to be opened again. I want it to be closed and for my ITC profile to be updated!This should have been done two months ago.
