Account paid in full

I was handed over to MBD and I have paid the full amount as per our arrangement, all now I'm waiting for is a settlement letter.

Now I'm getting calls and emails from VVM to settle the same account. How on earth does this happen, you are such a big company and one cannot expect such from yourselves. Clearly you are paying these 2 companies to do the same job and one is not doing it properly. If we have agreed and honored the arrangement and the next thing a different company contacts me about the same issue, something is not right and someone is not doing what they are supposed to do.

Please contact Pearl Ngema at MBD as she was the one handling this matter and please provide me with a resolution and advise VVM not to contact me ever again to harras me.

I'm done with this issue.
