Account PAID but still listed on ITC!!!

<p>Last year ARA attorneys contacted with a discounted amount on my account 2 hours later i paid the amount of R3500 in there account, they had forwarded me a paid up later. A day later i called the Edcon call center and spoke to Lerato regarding my removal of my name from ITC . Its 2 months later and im still waiting for her to get back. Edgars is quick to list us yet ****** useless in carrying out proper admin after payment has been recieved and as per ARA they can not remove my name from ITC. Do i need to display billboards on the national highways stating how useless Edgars is and what ******* they are by taking the public's money and still black listing them just to get attention from someone at the EDCON head office trully this is ****ing pathetic.</p>
