account opened *****ulently!!!!!!!

2018 October, I lost My ID same month I found on my credit report that I open an account with Edgars which I was not aware off. I went in to the store Chart worth where the account was opened. Disputed with all supporting document, I sent emails, no respond. Now I am receiving endless calls from Debt Collectors, collecting on behalf of the same Edgars.
