Account open or Not
Morning
I have been trying to phone and the call centre tells me they cannot tell me over the phone if my account has been approved and if its open.
Please can someone just help me

23 Mar 2018, 10:08Good day, thank you someone phoned now and said the app was declined. I asked what the reason is she stated the minimum criteria was not met. I asked what it was she said she does not know. So if someone can please give a me a reason as to why and what the min criteria is please.
Because my salary is R16500 i have a car installment i took 1 week ago that was aproved by absa for R4000. But edgars declines me for like R5000 credit. please can someone assist as to the reason why
