Account not updated on ITC

It's close to 3 years when my account has been settled and closed with Edgar's. I even received a paid up letter, however the account on ITC reflects as unpaid and in arrears???? Then when I call their offices as well as their external collection agency, they confirm the same, that the account has been settled with no arrears yet no-one has bothered to update or remove the account from ITC.
