Account not credited after 6 months of return

I lodged a complaint last week on Hellopeter, got a reply form Edgards the next day saying that someone will contact me. Got another email from the lady mentioned above asking for my account number and my contact details but did not supply any email address so i forwarded my details to the email address she mailed me from. I got a reply that the email inbox is full so my email could not be delivered. Then on Tuesday i received a phone call from Sunglass Hut and that they are currently working with my complaint and would get back to me within a few hours. Well its Sunday again an i still haven't received any phone call or email again. It's really bad to say you will phone someone back in a few hours and not hear anything. It's unprofessional and looking at all the complaints form Edgars on Hellopeter, I'm definitely closing my account if and once this gets ever sorted out.<br> Really hope to hear back from them this week.
