Account linked to my name

We app**** for a home loan and I was surprised to find out that I have an ITC record due arrear installments on my Edgars account as I DO NOT HAVE AN EDGARS account. I had an Edgars account probably when I was 19 which I closed some time between 1997 - 1999. Please can you send me proof where I opened this account that you have now linked to me. I have been trying to sort this out with the call centre for over a week with no luck. If you do not send me proof within the next 24 hours, I will be suing you for defamation of character.
