Account issues with Edgars

I have been paying R78 since November 2018 for cell c airtime that I gave no permission for and have never received. I've phoned 5 times to be exact for them to refund me that cash and close my account. They've "cancelled" it 3 times already, but its still being added onto my edgars account. Now They've added another R48 on top of the R78 for God knows what. I'm sick of this business and refuse to pay my account until they refund me everything from November 2018 to date. They are *********** and I will never buy anything from them again.
