Account in arears
I have paid the closing balance on my Edgars account on 15 April at Jetmart Southgate mall. Im now getting calls and sms from Edcon saying that Im still owing on that account . I have faxed proof of payment and bank statement to Edcon, but nothing seems to be helping. I'm worried about this because they have started adding interest on my account . I'm very disappointed on Jetmart and Edgars .
