Account handed over after i made arrangement

Edgars phoned with regards to my account that has gone into arrears. I explained to them that i have lost my job and can make an arrangement for payment. They explained to me that i have to keep to the arrangement or else they need to hand over the acccount. <br> this month i kept to the arrangement and paid them on the 26 of Aug. However i have been getting calls and text messages now from a collections agency where they are now telling me my account is handed over. That is poor and pathetic service from Edgars. I will be askign for the voice recording from my arrangement and I hope other people read my complaint before they consider opening an account
