Account faulty

Worst customer service ever. I have been trying to get hold of the accounts department for weeks!! Even went into the shoo to try and get my problems resolved regarding my statement which has ******* purchases on it. Even after staying over an hour on the line, does not help. And i have tried multiple times. No wonder this company is going down. The people cant even run their accounts department
