ACCOUNT DISPUTE

I am just about FED UP and it feels like my hands are chopped off!! i keep getting "arrears" NOTICE on my account, i have sent numerous mails with ALL my POP attached for every single month and when i phone in no one can help me and someone from "accounts" will phone me! every time they send a mail they add R30 on my account statement which adds up! i need someone to ASSIST that is willing to! i am going to get blacklisted due to incompetence!
